Duep Pty Ltd was founded in 2013 as a company that specialises in productivity in multi-sector activities by producing methodologies that will assist various organisations. This brings about an increase in their market share, their value and return on investments (ROI). Hence Duep has created a platform which correlates skills resource with skills market, where those with skills and those who have business will find each other with ease. The one who has a skill will trade it in the platform and those who require that skill will trade the time.
The concept is based on collaborative economy or simple sharing the economy. After much research, we’ve have concluded that any organisation may afford any skill for business sustainability. Basically, Duep will have ready vetted individuals on our platform/network that companies may incorporate into their organogram for “Service on Demand” bases where these agents will be vetted/screened and ranked according to their experience, qualification, specialisation and profession for all businesses on our platform.
Our Objectives
- To provide a suitable platform for vetted professionals, technicians, managers and or experts to provide production-pointed service on-demand, but not limited, to SMEs, NGOs, NPOs and governments.
- To provide organisations with vetted professionals to incorporate into their existing organogram for a specific time required without having to employ them full or part-time.
- To provide managerial support to organisations as and when required.
- To create an environment for graduates to be found by organisations for internships, in-service training and work experience.
- To broaden the job market through peer-to-peer sharing, sharing of professionals resource.
- To enhance productivity, reduce the collapse of SMMEs drastically.
